If you have never held an MAI competition licence before, you will need to apply for a NEW licence. You will be required to send a demand draft of Rs.650/- (or Rs.550/- if you are a member of an MAI affiliated Club) along with your complete mailing address and contact numbers.

On receiving this, the MAI will courier you a "Start Karting" introductory kit that, as the name suggests, introduces you to karting. You are required to complete the licence form, Medical and the written driver test and send them back to the MAI. If all your forms are in order and you pass your test, you will be issued an MAI Karting Licence.

If you held an MAI Competition licence in previously, you can apply for a renewal to your licence. The fees for this are Rs.550/- or Rs.450/- if you are a member of an MAI affiliated Club.
